Today we met with my husbands
Care managers :Jeannette & Karen and the head of his PT team , they gave us his progress report, they said he’s right on track . They listened , they gave us information but most importantly they gave us hope . They said they are looking forward to him healed to the point where he can literally walk out of here ! Very compassionate team .

“I was a patient here. We thought it may be a permanent situation. However, as I improved the tremendous staff there got me in with physical and occupational therapy within a week, I was walking from being bed bound and within 3 months I was home after having been in and out of rehab and hospital for the last year and a half. The staff for the most part are wonderful. Like all facilities, they have their goods and their bads and their things that they can improve upon. But as a whole Charming Lakes five stars in my book.”

“My Mom was a patient for 3 weeks. The staff were very helpful from Tammy in admissions that went over all my concerns in placing Mom there (1st time doing this). The front desk ladies were always smiling and Mom loved these 2 sweet ladies. The staff that took care of her were wonderful and patient with Mom she has dementia and she would tell them the same story over and over and these sweet ladies acted like it was the 1st time hearing it. Everyone I encountered there was nice including the nice lady from the laundry dept. that went over and above finding Mom’s new pajamas that were misplaced. My Mom at 88 sings karaoke and the activities director played a song and let her sing she told me how that made her so happy. I was impressed with how clean the rooms , the floors, Mom’s restroom and most of all Mom was always in clean clothes . If and when I have to place her again I won’t hesitate to take her back there.”
